Camden County, NJ(January 13, 2023)(CNBNewsnet)– Following a two-month-long investigation, five men have been arrested and charged with multiple narcotics offenses for the possession and the manufacturing of fentanyl and cocaine, reported Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, Collingswood Police Chief Kevin Carey, Winslow Township Police Chief Donald Lemons, and Pennsauken Acting Police Chief Phillip Olivo.
On January 12, 2023, search warrants were executed at the 1000 block of Harrison Avenue in Collingswood, New Jersey, and at a residence on Eden Hollow Lane in Sicklerville, New Jersey.
Ali Coles, 49, of Sicklerville, is alleged to have utilized a Collingswood apartment to package fentanyl and cocaine to be further distributed. Coles was actively attempting to destroy evidence at the time when he was encountered by police.
Following the execution of the search warrants, 11 officers who were at the scene were treated by Virtua Paramedics and the Collingswood Fire Department, and the officers were then transported to the Cooper University Medical Center for exposure to fentanyl. Hazardous Materials Teams from the Cherry Hill Fire Department, the Camden Fire Department and Camden County, responded to the scene to assess and address the situation to ensure that the apartment complex was free of any hazards and safe for the public.
The 11 officers who received treatment for exposure to fentanyl have been released from the hospital.
“First and foremost, we are very thankful that all of the officers who were exposed to fentanyl have recovered, and they are all healthy and safe. This is just one of the many dangers faced by the men and women of law enforcement each and every day as they work tirelessly to protect our communities from the proliferation of fentanyl and the opioid epidemic. We are very grateful for their service. Together we can overcome this epidemic,” said Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay.
The following items were recovered during the execution of the search warrants:
- Over 1,000 bags of fentanyl
- Over 5 ounces of loose fentanyl
- Approximately $40,000 U.S. Currency
- One semi-automatic handgun
- Various drug paraphernalia
- Four vehicles
Following the execution of the search warrants these individuals have been arrested and charged with the following offenses:
Ali Coles, 49, of Sicklerville, NJ

- 3rd degree Possession of CDS
Adam Brackenridge, 33, of Camden, NJ
- 1st degree Maintaining a CDS Manufacturing Facility
- 3rd Possession of CDS
Teronne Perry, 45, of Sicklerville, NJ
- 1st degree Maintaining a CDS Manufacturing Facility
- 3rd degree Possession of CDS
Donnell Horne, 40, of Camden, NJ
- 1st degree Maintaining a CDS Manufacturing Facility
- 3rd degree Possession of CDS
Stephon Thomas, 35, of Camden, NJ
- 1st degree Maintaining a CDS Manufacturing Facility
- 3rd degree Possession of CDS
Coles, Brackenridge, Perry, Horne and Thomas were arrested on January 12, 2023, and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.
Additional charges are forthcoming for each defendant. All individuals charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
These arrests were the result of a two-month long investigation conducted by the CCPO Suburban Narcotics Task Force, with the assistance of the following law enforcement agencies: the Collingswood Police Department, the Camden County Sheriff’s Department, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), the Winslow Township Police Department, the Pennsauken Police Department. Further assistance was provided by Tactical Teams that included, the Camden County Sheriff’s Office Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team and Zone 5 Tactical Team.
