Lauren Kavanagh of Millville, Graduates From the University of New Hampshire

DURHAM, NH (01/10/2023)– Lauren Kavanagh of Millville, NJ graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire in December 2022. He/she earned a BA in History.

Students who received the honor Summa Cum Laude graduated with a GPA of 3.85-4.0: Students who received the honor of Magna Cum Laude graduated with a GPA of 3.65-3.84; and students who received the honor of Cum Laude graduated with a GPA of 3.50-3.64.

Students are only graduated after the Registrar’s Office has certified that all degree requirements have been successfully completed. Participating in the commencement ceremony is the act of honoring and celebrating academic achievement.

Austin Gross Inducted into Dearden Honor Society

READING, PA (01/10/2023)– Austin Gross of Absecon, N.J. has been inducted into the Dearden Honor Society at Albright College. A graduate of Cedar Creek High School, Gross is studying business administration: sport management at Albright.

Built on the legacy of alumnus William Dearden ’41, the former CEO of Hershey Foods, and with the support of William and his wife Mary Dearden — the Dearden Honor Society recognizes the accomplishments of top performing accounting, business or economics students at Albright College while providing additional opportunities through field trips, speakers visits and other events.

Students inducted into the Dearden Honor Society must honorably complete five or more accounting, business or economics courses and maintain a 3.45 or higher GPA.

Elena Iannone of Sewell named to Lasell University Dean’s List

NEWTON, MA (01/09/2023)– Elena Iannone, a Lasell University student from Sewell (08080), was named to the Dean’s List for their academic performance in the fall 2022 semester.

To be named to the Dean’s List, Lasell students must complete at least 12 credits as a full-time student and achieve a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Shenandoah Students Named to Dean’s List

WINCHESTER, VA (01/09/2023)– Shenandoah University is pleased to announce the 1,087 students who made the Fall 2022 Dean’s List.

To qualify for the Dean’s List, students enrolled in baccalaureate degree programs must complete at least 12 semester hours and earn a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher. Students with a GPA of 3.90 or higher also qualify for Shenandoah’s President’s List.

Ariadna Losada Tomas named to Dean’s List for Fall 2022

WILLIAMSBURG, KY (01/11/2023)– In recognition of academic performance, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs at University of the Cumberlands has announced the students named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2022 semester.

To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours (a full course load), maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50, and be in good academic standing.

Madelyn Ronan of Cherry Hill Presented Rose Kelly Award at The University of Scranton

SCRANTON, PA (01/09/2023)– Madelyn Ronan of Cherry Hill was among The University of Scranton students and their high school teachers, who they credit for contributing to their success, recognized with Rose Kelly Awards at a recent ceremony on campus.

The Rose Kelly Award was established by University of Scranton alumnus Joseph Wineburgh, Ph.D., to link the efforts of educators to the achievements of college students. The award is presented jointly to a student in each of the University’s colleges who has completed two years at Scranton and to the teacher whom he or she recognizes as having a great impact in his or her life. Students are selected based on exemplary achievement in both academics and general campus involvement.

Ronan received the Rose Kelly Award for the Kania School of Management. She honored Leigh Ann Larkin, her honors and advanced chemistry teacher at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School, Pennsauken Township. Ronan is an accounting and finance double major at Scranton with a minor in business leadership. She is a member of the University’s Frank P. Corcione Business Honors Program and the University’s Robert L. McKeage Business Leadership Honors Program. A Dean’s List student at Scranton, she is a member of the Women’s Business Honor Society.
