On January 21, 2023. Age 57. Of Gloucester City, NJ. Born in Camden, NJ he was the son of the late Gilbert L. and Pearl M. (Mills) Foulke. Russell is survived by his beloved wife, Madia Hodge-Foulke; loving children, Michael Hodge, Jaqueline Hodge, Stephanie Hodge; cherished grandchildren, Giovanni, Isabella, TJ. He was also survived by his brother, Gilbert Foulke; sisters, Sharon Foulke, Linda Foulke and many nieces and nephews.
Russell honored his country by serving in the U.S. Navy. He later worked as a maintenance man with Korman Suites Apartments in Clementon, NJ.
